New Milford River Trail

Walking, jogging, biking, putting & picnicing. . . these are just a few of the possibilities that could be offered throughout the proposed New Milford River Trail – all alongside the beautiful Housatonic River.

The proposed New Milford River Trail will provide transportation and recreational benefits to pedestrian and cyclists.

The Trail can potentially follow the Housatonic River through New Milford and will provide bicycle and pedestrian access from Gaylordsville to the Lover’s Leap State Park.
